In Saved by the Belle, the three stooges, Larry, Moe, and Curly, find themselves in the midst of a chaotic adventure in the tropical country of Valeska. As they struggle to sell fur coats to the locals, their misfortunes continue when they receive a mysterious telegram advising them to "get rid of present wardrobe." Unfortunately, a misunderstanding occurs, and the authorities mistakenly believe that the stooges are planning to assassinate President Ward Robey.
Arrested and unable to convince the officials of their innocence, the stooges face the imminent threat of a firing squad. However, their luck takes a turn when they encounter Rita, a stunningly beautiful revolutionary sympathetic to their cause. Rita aids in their escape from the authorities and reveals the truth behind the telegram.
Realizing that the stooges have been unwittingly drawn into a much larger plot, Rita and her revolutionary companions assign the trio an important mission. They must deliver vital plans to the revolutionary leader, which could potentially change the country's fate. However, due to a comical mix-up, the stooges mistakenly deliver a rolled-up calendar instead of the actual plans.
