"Street Trash" is a cult horror-comedy film released in 1987. The movie is set in the slums of New York City and focuses on the chaotic events that unfold after a group of homeless individuals, known as hobos, stumble upon a crate of highly toxic, sixty-year-old liquor called "Viper."

Upon consuming the liquor, the hobos undergo a bizarre and gruesome transformation. They begin melting into vibrant and grotesque piles of colored liquid, deteriorating into a foul-smelling substance. The effects of the Viper liquor prove deadly, as those who drink it meet a horrifying and visceral demise.

In the midst of this chaos, the hobo camp is presided over by a psychotic Vietnam War veteran known as Bronson, who rules with fear and violence. However, the toxic effects of the Viper liquor contribute to his already fragile mental state, causing him to snap and descend into madness.

Realizing the danger posed by the toxic liquor and the bloodthirsty veteran, two brothers named Fred and Kevin set out on a mission to put an end to the chaos. Fred, a compassionate and resourceful individual, takes it upon himself to protect the remaining hobos from the liquor while attempting to find a way to neutralize its effects. Kevin, on the other hand, is a police officer who aims to bring Bronson to justice for his heinous acts.

As the brothers navigate the grimy urban landscape, they encounter various eccentric characters, including gang members, corrupt cops, and even rival homeless factions. Along their journey, Fred and Kevin uncover secrets about the origin of the Viper liquor and its ties to a shady business.

The movie combines elements of horror, comedy, and social commentary. It delves into themes of addiction, poverty, and the dehumanizing nature of societal neglect. Throughout the film, "Street Trash" indulges in dark humor, over-the-top violence, and absurd situations, making for a grotesque and thrilling ride.
