Sure! In the movie Three O'Clock High, Jerry Mitchell goes to great lengths to avoid his impending fight with Buddy Revell, including trying to find someone to take his place in the fight, bribing a student to take the fall for him, and even trying to hide from Buddy. However, all of his attempts fail and Jerry is eventually forced to face Buddy in the parking lot at 3pm.

As the clock ticks closer to 3pm, Jerry becomes increasingly desperate and even tries to manipulate circumstances to get out of the fight. However, despite his efforts, the showdown between Jerry and Buddy becomes inevitable.

The film follows Jerry as he grapples with his fear of the confrontation and his inability to avoid it, ultimately leading to a showdown that forces him to confront his fears and stand up for himself. The movie explores themes of courage, bullying, and the pressure to conform to societal expectations.
