In Blood Diner, the story revolves around two psychopathic brothers named Michael and George Tutman, who run a decrepit and low-rated restaurant called Tutman's Oasis. Following the guidance of their deceased uncle Anwar's brain, which is kept inside a jar, the brothers embark on a sinister mission to resurrect the ancient Egyptian goddess, Sheetar.
To resurrect Sheetar, the brothers strategically select young women to be sacrificed by luring them into the restaurant. These women are then brutally murdered, and their body parts are used to create a special dish called "Tutman's blood feast breakfast."
