In the town of Tromaville, New Jersey, Melvin Junko, a nerdy and socially awkward mop boy, is constantly bullied by a group of corrupt individuals referred to as "The Bullies." One day, as Melvin is being mercilessly teased and humiliated, the bullies trick him into wearing a tutu and kissing a sheep in a nearby health club.
