In the movie Flash Point, Detective Sergeant Ma Jun, played by Donnie Yen, is a dedicated and fearless police officer known for his unorthodox methods. He is determined to bring down a powerful and ruthless Vietnamese smuggling ring operating in Hong Kong. The gang is run by three brothers - Tony, Archer, and Tiger.

As mainland China's takeover of Hong Kong looms, Jun teams up with an undercover cop named Wilson, played by Louis Koo, to infiltrate the gang and gather evidence against them. Wilson is tasked with gaining the gang's trust while Jun works from the outside to bring them down.

The brothers, led by Tony, are involved in various criminal activities, including human trafficking, drug smuggling, and arms trading.
