In the movie The Howling, the newswoman, named Karen White, becomes traumatized after being attacked by a brutal serial killer named Eddie Quist while conducting an undercover investigation. To escape the traumatic event and recover, Karen is sent to The Colony, a remote rehabilitation center nestled deep in the woods.
Initially, Karen finds solace in the peaceful and serene surroundings of The Colony, which is run by Dr. George Waggner.
