In the movie Michael, tabloid reporters Frank Quinlan (played by William Hurt) and Huey Driscoll (played by Robert Pastorelli) are reluctantly dispatched by their editor to investigate an intriguing letter received from a woman named Pansy Milbank (played by Jean Stapleton). The letter claims that an actual angel is residing with her in a small town in Iowa.
