Slow Video is a South Korean romantic comedy film directed by Kim Young-tak. The film follows the life of Jang-bu, an ordinary boy with an extraordinary gift of being able to see every moving thing in slow motion. Due to his unique ability, Jang-bu is ridiculed by his friends, who nickname him "monster eyes," causing him to become reclusive and isolate himself from the outside world.

Jang-bu finds solace and companionship in television, which becomes his only friend. As time passes, Jang-bu grows up and eventually lands a job at a CCTV control center, thanks to his exceptional talent. The control center proves to be the perfect job for him, as it allows him to observe people's lives through the cameras. By watching others' ordinary lives, Jang-bu feels a sense of connection and fulfillment that he has never experienced before.

Working at the control center not only opens Jang-bu's heart to the world but also helps him build meaningful friendships. With his newfound friends, he begins to discover a sense of himself and gains the confidence to pursue the girl he has loved for a long time, who he has been secretly watching through the CCTV cameras.

Encouraged by his friends, Jang-bu finally decides to propose to the girl, taking a leap of faith to share his feelings with her. Will his unique perspective and newfound confidence be enough to win her heart? Will Jang-bu's extraordinary ability ultimately help him find love and happiness?
