In Shanghai Knights, Chon Wang and Roy O'Bannon find themselves on a thrilling adventure in London after avenging the murder of Chon's father in the previous film, Shanghai Noon. Chon's sister, Lin, has also come to London seeking vengeance for their father's death.
However, while investigating their father's murder, Chon and Lin stumble upon a grand conspiracy to assassinate the royal family of England. With their lives and the destiny of the monarchy at stake, Chon and his sister must convince the authorities of the impending danger. But unfortunately, Lin's claims are dismissed and deemed absurd by the skeptical British officials.
