Lost and Delirious is a coming-of-age drama that centers around the lives of three friends, Paulie, Tory, and Mouse, who attend an all-girls boarding school. The film explores their intense friendships, sexual awakening, and the complexities of navigating their identities within a conservative environment.

Paulie and Tory, seniors at the school, have been in a secret romantic relationship for some time. They have managed to keep their love hidden from the rest of the school, including the strict headmistress. Their relationship is passionate and consuming, but also complicated by their fear of being discovered.

Mouse, a new student, befriends Paulie and Tory and soon becomes enamored with their rebellious nature. She admires their intense bond and becomes curious about their secret. As Mouse spends more time with them, she becomes increasingly drawn to Paulie.

However, tension begins to mount within the trio when Paulie's possessive nature and fear of being abandoned start to overpower her rationality. The strain in their relationship is further exacerbated when Tory's conventional boyfriend, Jake, discovers their secret relationship and threatens to expose them to the authorities.

As the pressure mounts, the once tight-knit friendship starts to crumble. Mouse finds herself torn between loyalty to her friends and her own burgeoning emotions. She struggles to navigate her own feelings for Paulie while trying to understand her place within the intense dynamics of their friendship.

Lost and Delirious explores themes such as love, identity, and the struggle for acceptance in a society that often stifles individuality. The film delves into the characters' emotional turmoil and the lasting impact of their experiences as they try to find themselves amidst the confines of their restrictive surroundings.
