As Bliss becomes more involved in the roller derby world, she takes on the alter ego of "Babe Ruthless" and finds a sense of empowerment and purpose that she had been yearning for. Along the way, she forms strong bonds with her teammates and learns valuable lessons about teamwork, determination, and self-acceptance.
Bliss also navigates her first romantic relationship with a musician named Oliver, who supports her roller derby pursuits. However, she faces internal conflicts as she tries to balance her newfound passion with her responsibilities at home and at her part-time job.
