The movie "Made in China" tells the story of Zhao, a lonely and introverted middle-aged man from Guangzhou, China who lives with his mother and struggles to find his place in the world. He works in a factory, assembling small trinkets and dolls to be sold internationally.
One day, Zhao receives news that his estranged brother, Liu, has died in Brazil while running a successful business. In order to honor his brother's memory and fulfill his dying wish, Zhao decides to travel to Brazil and take over his brother's business, which happens to be a wholesale sex toy company.
