In the movie Help, I Shrunk My Teacher, eleven-year-old Felix is struggling to find a school that will accept him. He finally lands at the Otto Leonhard school, but his first day is far from promising. The school's director and teacher, Dr. Schmitt Gössenwein, is unpleasant and the boys in Felix's class, especially the arrogant Mario, do not welcome him.
In order to be accepted by his classmates, Felix is challenged to prove himself through multiple tests of courage. The first test requires him to break into the school at night. However, his plan is foiled when Mrs. Schmitt Gössenwein catches him in the act.
As the story continues, Felix stumbles upon a mysterious invention that belonged to a former science teacher. This invention has the power to shrink people, and unfortunately, Felix uses it on his teacher, Dr. Schmitt Gössenwein. Suddenly, Felix finds himself dealing with a miniature version of his strict and uncompromising teacher.
Despite the initial victory of shrinking his teacher, Felix soon realizes that things have become even more complicated. He has to hide and protect the shrunken professor from being discovered while also trying to find a way to reverse the process and return her to normal size.
