"The Art of War" is a 2000 action thriller film directed by Christian Duguay. The story follows Neil Shaw (Wesley Snipes), a highly skilled covert operative working for the United Nations' secret organization called the "The Agency." One night, an important Chinese ambassador is murdered during a lavish function at the United Nations headquarters.
