Little Stones is a documentary film that follows the inspiring journeys of four women across the globe who are using art to make a difference in their communities. The film showcases their incredible stories of resilience, creativity, and determination, as they tackle various women's rights issues.

The first woman we meet is Panmela Castro, a renowned graffiti artist from Rio de Janeiro's favelas in Brazil. Panmela uses her art as a powerful tool to speak out against domestic violence and to empower women living in impoverished and violent neighborhoods.

Next, we are introduced to Sohini Chakraborty, a Kolkata-based dancer and activist who uses dance movement therapy to help rehabilitate survivors of sex trafficking in India. Sohini's unique approach to healing combines dance, movement, and therapy to empower these women and give them a voice.

Then, the film takes us to Senegal, where we meet Fatoumata "Toumai" Coulibaly, a talented rapper and communicator. Toumai addresses the sensitive topic of female genital mutilation (FGM) through her music. She travels across the country, raising awareness about the harmful consequences of FGM and advocating for change.

Finally, we are introduced to Anna Taylor, a fashion designer from the United States. Anna co-founded a non-profit organization in Kenya that provides sustainable employment opportunities for HIV-positive women. Through her fashion brand, she helps these women to regain their economic independence and societal acceptance.

As Little Stones delves into the personal and professional lives of these four women, we witness their passion, resilience, and the impact they have on their communities. The film explores the power of art as a means of expression, healing, and social change, emphasizing the importance of celebrating creative and innovative solutions to the challenges faced by women globally.

Accompanying the film is an educational initiative designed to raise awareness about women's rights issues worldwide. The initiative aims to inspire and empower individuals to take action and support these remarkable women and the causes they champion.
