Doug and Steve Butabi are two extravagant and eccentric brothers in their thirties who have never quite grown up. They still live with their strict and overbearing father, Kamehl Butabi, who owns a failing flower shop. Despite their lack of success, the brothers are determined to make a name for themselves by hitting on women and pursuing their dreams of opening their own nightclub.

One night, while waiting in line outside the glamorous Roxbury club, the Butabi brothers have a chance encounter with the famous actor Richard Grieco. Grieco accidentally bumps into their car, and to avoid any trouble, he invites them inside the exclusive club.

Once inside, the brothers are mistaken for wealthy high rollers by the club's manager. Thrilled by their newfound VIP status, the Butabi brothers meet Vivica, an attractive and sophisticated woman who seems interested in them. Additionally, they encounter Cambi, a beautiful aspiring actress. Both women are impressed by the brothers' seemingly luxurious lifestyle.

Doug and Steve, fueled by their delusions of grandeur, decide to seize this opportunity to prove their worth and open their own nightclub. They come up with a plan to secure a loan from an unscrupulous businessman to finance their venture.

As the brothers try to navigate the intricacies of the nightclub scene, they face numerous obstacles and comical mishaps. Their father disapproves of their behavior and wants them to take responsibility for their lives. Additionally, Vivica and Cambi discover the truth about the brothers' financial situation and ultimately reject their advances.

Despite these setbacks, the Butabi brothers persevere. With the help of their loyal friends and the support of their father, they realize the importance of maturing and pursuing their dreams in a more responsible way. Rather than opening a nightclub for the wrong reasons, they embrace the value of family and the significance of personal growth.

In the end, the Butabi brothers reconcile with their father, realizing that it is time to leave the comforts of their childhood home and face the challenges of the real world. They abandon their nightclub aspirations to focus on personal growth, making a promise to build successful and fulfilling lives. Though their dreams of owning a nightclub may have been shattered, they take this experience as a lesson in growing up and finding their true purpose in life.
