Vengeance of the Machine Girl.

In The Machine Girl, the schoolgirl named Ami loses her family and seeks vengeance against the Ninja-Yakuza family responsible for their deaths. With the help of her friends, Ami modifies her severed arm with various weapons, including a machine gun and chainsaw, turning herself into a lethal killing machine.
