As the trio continues to navigate the challenges of creating a family, tensions rise and their relationships become strained. Freddy becomes increasingly frustrated with the difficulties they face, particularly when it comes to the sperm donation. Polly, determined to have a baby, explores alternative options such as artificial insemination.

Amidst their journey, Freddy is also working on an art piece involving a video project that portrays a man wearing a giant baby mask. This project becomes a central theme in the film, representing his longing to become a father and his exploration of the concept of fatherhood.

Meanwhile, Mo, who initially had reservations about the idea of having a baby, slowly starts to warm up to the idea and becomes more involved in the process. However, the increased responsibility also comes with its own set of challenges for him.

The presence of The Bishop, the aggressive neighborhood man, becomes a looming threat throughout the story. As the clashes between the trio and The Bishop escalate, a sense of danger permeates the neighborhood. The conflicts intensify, raising concerns that someone may eventually get hurt.

Struggling with their own personal desires and the external pressures they face, Freddy, Mo, and Polly are forced to confront the boundaries of friendship, love, and the sacrifices they are willing to make in order to create a family. The film delves into their complex dynamics and explores themes of parenthood, identity, societal expectations, and the unexpected challenges that life throws at them.
