Roger and Anita, a couple living in London, own Pongo and Perdita, two adult dalmatians who are deeply in love. One day, when out on a walk in the park, Pongo spots Anita walking her dalmatian, Perdita, and decides that they should play matchmakers. They successfully bring their owners together, and soon Roger and Anita marry.

Several months later, Pongo and Perdita welcome a litter of fifteen adorable dalmatian puppies. However, their happiness is short-lived when the puppies are abducted by Cruella De Vil's minions, Horace and Jasper, who work at her fur fashion house. Cruella, known for her obsession with fur and fashion, has an evil plan to turn the puppies' soft coats into a luxurious fur coat for herself.

Pongo and Perdita are devastated upon discovering the puppies' disappearance and immediately set out on a thrilling adventure to rescue their offspring. They venture into the city and with the help of other animals and The Twilight Bark, a network of communication among dogs, they slowly piece together the dogs' location.

Following various leads, Pongo and Perdita eventually discover that the puppies are being held in Hell Hall, Cruella's ominous mansion in the countryside. Using their wit and bravery, they launch a daring rescue mission alongside numerous other dogs they have enlisted along the way.

After an intense and action-packed climax, Pongo, Perdita, and their allies manage to free not only their 15 puppies but also an additional 84 dalmatian puppies that Cruella had already collected. Together, they embark on a long journey back to London, chased by Cruella, Horace, and Jasper, who are determined to recapture the puppies.

The group faces numerous obstacles and challenges, but with their determination and teamwork, they manage to outsmart Cruella and her minions at every turn. Using clever tricks, disguises, and by rallying the support of various animal friends they meet along the way, they successfully evade their pursuers.

Finally, they arrive home safely, where Roger and Anita are overjoyed to be reunited with their puppies. The film ends with the couple incorporating all 101 dalmatians into their loving home and embracing a life filled with happy barking, wagging tails, and the constant tailoring challenges of having such a large family.
