In Phir Hera Pheri, Babu Rao, Raju, and Shyam are living a comfortable life after their successful scam in the first film, Hera Pheri. However, their desire for more wealth pushes them to venture into another risky business opportunity.

Raju, obsessed with becoming even richer, comes up with a plan to invest in a supposed high-return scheme. He convinces Babu Rao and Shyam to pool their money and seeks out a notorious but clueless underworld don named Tiwari to be their investor. Tiwari agrees to fund their plan without knowing the real intentions behind it.

The trio then finds out that the deal they invested in was a scam, and their money is now gone. Desperate to recover their losses, they decide to turn to their old nemesis, Khadak Singh, a powerful and dangerous gangster.

Raju, Babu Rao, and Shyam hatch a plan to kidnap Khadak Singh's granddaughter, thinking that they can demand a hefty ransom in exchange for her safe return. However, their plan goes awry when they realize that they have mistakenly kidnapped the wrong girl.

As chaos ensues, the gangsters and the police get involved, creating a whirlwind of comedic situations. Meanwhile, the real kidnapper and his accomplices are also searching for the abducted girl. The trio finds themselves in a hilarious and thrilling chase to rescue the girl, hide from Khadak Singh, and ultimately repay their debts.

Through countless humorous escapades, misunderstandings, and unexpected encounters, Babu Rao, Raju, and Shyam manage to outsmart their enemies and come out on top. Along the way, they rediscover the importance of friendship, trust, and the true meaning of happiness.
