In the movie "Captive Wild Woman," the insane scientist, Dr. Sigmund Walters, becomes increasingly fixated on transforming a female gorilla named Cheela into a human. Driven by his obsession and fueled by his experiments in glandular research, he goes to extraordinary lengths, even at the cost of human life.

Dr. Walters manages to capture Cheela from her natural habitat, bringing her back to his secret laboratory. As he conducts his groundbreaking research, he discovers a unique gland in Cheela that he believes holds the key to human transformation. With each experiment, he injects her with various hormones and secretions, hoping to unlock the gorilla's hidden potential.

Simultaneously, Dr. Walters becomes more withdrawn from society, isolating himself in his laboratory, driven solely by his extraordinary goal. He loses all sense of morality and boundaries, willing to sacrifice anything and anyone to see his transformative experiments through.

Desperate to expedite the transformation process, Dr. Walters starts abducting unsuspecting individuals, conducting deadly experiments on them in an attempt to accelerate Cheela's progress. These unfortunates become victims of his insatiable obsession, losing their lives to the demented scientist's determination.

As time goes by, Cheela's physical appearance begins to change, displaying more human characteristics. She develops a rudimentary ability to communicate, exhibiting signs of intellect and consciousness beyond that of a typical gorilla. Dr. Walters believes he is inching closer to his ultimate goal of reshaping Cheela into a fully functioning human being.

However, as Cheela's transformation progresses, so does her resistance to Dr. Walters' domination. Her increasing awareness and emerging human traits lead her to question her captivity and the unethical treatment she has endured. She develops a deep desire for freedom and seeks retribution against her tormentor.

Eventually, Cheela orchestrates an uprising within Dr. Walters' laboratory. Utilizing her newfound human-like intelligence, she outwits and overpowers the insane scientist and his remaining loyal assistants. Cheela's strength, agility, and newly acquired intellect become her greatest weapons in challenging the mad doctor and seeking justice for herself and the innocent lives lost.

Through a dramatic confrontation, Cheela proves that despite the pain and cruelty she endured at the hands of Dr. Walters, her humanity, albeit unconventional, surpasses the twisted desires of the obsessed scientist. The movie ends with Cheela's newfound freedom, leaving the audience to reflect on the consequences of scientific obsession and the delicate balance between ethical research and human morality.
