Controlled Descent: The Cube's Capture

In Cube Zero, the story revolves around a man named Eric Wynn, who works as a Cube technician and operator in a secret government facility. He, along with his coworker Dodd, operates and monitors the deadly Cube, a complex series of interconnected rooms filled with deadly traps.

Eric starts questioning the morality of their work as he witnesses innocent people being subjected to unimaginable suffering inside the Cube. One day, while observing the Cube, he becomes captivated by a woman named Cassandra, who is trapped inside. Unable to bear her suffering, Eric develops empathy towards her and begins to secretly help her navigate through the Cube's deadly puzzles.
