In the movie "Henchmen," we follow the journey of a young and enthusiastic recruit, known as "The Kid," who joins the Union of Evil. As a third-class henchman, he is assigned to a team of experienced but relatively unsuccessful blue-collar workers led by the fallen henchman, Hank.
The team's mission is to assist and support various super-villains in their evil schemes, such as carrying out trivial tasks, maintaining secret lairs, and providing logistical support during heists. Despite their lack of success, Hank and his crew take great pride in their work and remain dedicated to serving the villains they work under.
However, everything changes when "The Kid" stumbles upon and accidentally steals the super villain's ultimate weapon during one of their missions. Realizing the magnitude of his mistake, "The Kid" becomes the target of both the villains and his own teammates.
As Hank discovers "The Kid's" plight, he sees an opportunity for redemption and decides to break his long-held "risk nothing" code to protect the young recruit he has befriended.
