In Pee-wee's Big Adventure, the movie begins with Pee-wee Herman, a quirky and playful man-child who loves his red bicycle more than anything in the world. One day, his beloved bike is stolen from outside his house, prompting Pee-wee to go on a wild and fantastical journey to find it.

Ultimately, Pee-wee and Mario make it to Texas, but they discover that the fortune-teller was wrong – his bike was never at The Alamo. Crestfallen, Pee-wee becomes dejected and even considers giving up on his bike. However, Simone motivates him to keep searching, leading Pee-wee to a biker bar where his bike has been customized and transformed into a stage prop.
