In this alternate universe, the Justice League consists of three drastically different members: Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Superman is not the Kryptonian Kal-El, but rather the son of General Zod, raised by Mexican immigrants. Batman is not Bruce Wayne, but rather Kirk Langstrom, a scientist who transformed himself into a vampire in order to cure his cancer. And finally, Wonder Woman is not Diana Prince, but Bekka, a New God from Apokolips who was forced into a marriage with Darkseid.

The story begins with the Justice League facing public scrutiny and suspicion after being framed for a deadly embassy bombing. The government, led by President Amanda Waller, launches an official investigation into the actions of the superheroes. The trio, realizing they are being set up, decide to go off the grid and take matters into their own hands to find the actual culprits and clear their names.

As they dig deeper into the conspiracy, they uncover a plot involving the mysterious "Project Fair Play" developed by Lex Luthor. This project aims to control metahumans and manipulate them for military purposes. The Justice League realizes that they are not only fighting against government forces but also against Lex Luthor and his twisted ambition.

On the run, the Justice League targets those involved in the embassy bombing and comes face to face with a new generation of government-controlled superheroes called "The Elite." These artificially enhanced beings possess incredible powers but lack the moral compass the Trinity holds. As they clash with The Elite, the dark and lethal tactics used by the Justice League raise questions about their true intentions and methods.

Throughout their journey, the Trinity members struggle with their own personal demons and inner conflicts. Superman battles with the violent legacy of his father, General Zod, and the temptation to use his immense power unchecked. Batman, dealing with his vampiric nature, fights the urge to give in to his predatory instincts for the greater good. Wonder Woman, on the other hand, confronts her past on Apokolips and the traumatic experiences she endured.

As the Justice League uncovers more of the truth, they realize that Amanda Waller and Lex Luthor are manipulating the situation to achieve their nefarious goals. With their backs against the wall, the Trinity must rally allies, both old and new, to expose the corruption within the government and save the world from being controlled by Project Fair Play.

In the ultimate confrontation, the Trinity faces off against Amanda Waller, the mind-controlled Justice League Elite, and an army of government-controlled metahumans. Through unity and sacrifice, they manage to defeat their adversaries and clear their names. The movie ends with the Justice League stepping out of the shadows, vowing to protect the innocent and fight against any forces that seek to control or manipulate them.
