However, with their mission completed, the group faces a big decision about their future.
The Galactic Alliance, an intergalactic peacekeeping organization, offers positions to Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley. They are tempted by the idea of joining the Alliance and exploring the vast reaches of space but ultimately decide that their true home is with Lilo on Earth.
While Lilo initially supports their decision, she soon begins to realize that her alien friends have their own places where they truly belong. Realizing that it is time to let them go, Lilo selflessly encourages Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley to accept the offer and follow their own paths.
