The plot of Toc Toc revolves around the lives of six individuals who suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). They all find themselves waiting in a doctor's office for their appointment with the renowned Dr. Palomero, who is running late due to a storm.

As they patiently wait, the group comes to realize that they all have different OCD symptoms, causing them to bond and empathize with each other. Together, they form an unlikely support group, sharing their struggles and experiences with their conditions.

The six patients include Emilio, who has a fear of germs and constantly washes his hands; Blanca, a woman who has a severe obsession with order and symmetry; Lili, who counts everything obsessively; Otto, an elderly man who has an irrational fear of touching, leading him to constantly wear gloves; Ana María, who suffers from Tourette's syndrome and involuntarily blurts out shocking statements; and Federico, a man who is extremely superstitious.

While they wait, the group faces various challenges and comedic situations. From an eccentric nurse to a flamboyant pharmaceutical representative, each encounter tests their patience and pushes them to confront their deepest fears and anxieties.

As the day progresses, Dr. Palomero's absence forces the group to tackle their issues together, leading to self-discovery and personal growth. They learn to accept their conditions, find coping mechanisms, and embrace their unique quirks. In the end, they teach each other valuable lessons about acceptance, friendship, and living a fulfilling life despite their OCD.

Toc Toc is a heartwarming and humorous film that sheds light on the struggles of living with OCD while simultaneously delivering laughs and touching moments.
