In Quarantine 2: Terminal, the story takes place immediately after the events of its predecessor, Quarantine. After the infected flight attendant from the original movie escapes, airport authorities are alerted and realize that the plane has also been contaminated with the mysterious virus.
As the plane lands at a terminal, it is swiftly placed under quarantine. The passengers and crew onboard are filled with a mix of panic, fear, and confusion as they are trapped within the confined space of the aircraft.
