In the movie "My Little Monster," Haru Yoshida and Shizuku Mizutani are two high school students with contrasting personalities. Haru is known for being violent and a troublemaker, while Shizuku is extremely dedicated to her studies and has no interest in socializing. Their paths cross when Shizuku is assigned to deliver Haru's homework to his home and discovers his unconventional lifestyle.

As Haru and Shizuku begin to interact more, they gradually develop a unique friendship. Haru starts to see Shizuku as the only person who understands him, while Shizuku realizes that there is more to life than just studying. Throughout the movie, Haru and Shizuku face various challenges, both individually and as a couple.
