In the movie "Eye of the Tiger," Buck Matthews (played by Gary Busey) is a Vietnam War veteran who is finally released from prison after serving time for a crime he did not commit. Returning to his hometown, Buck hopes to start afresh and rebuild his life with his wife Christie (played by Yaphet Kotto) and daughter Jennifer (played by Kimberlin Brown).

However, Buck discovers that his once peaceful town is now plagued by a ruthless and sadistic motorcycle gang called The Road Masters. Led by the ruthless Blade (played by William Smith), the gang terrorizes the community, engaging in drug trafficking, intimidation, and brutal violence.

Tragedy strikes when the gang violently murders Buck's wife and brutally traumatizes his daughter, leaving her emotionally scarred. Overwhelmed by grief and anger, Buck becomes consumed by a desire for revenge. Determined to take matters into his own hands, Buck, joined by his war buddies, Oatmeal (played by Seymour Cassel) and J.B. Deveraux (played by Bert Remsen), decides to fight back against The Road Masters.
