Western United States of America
Horizons West is a 1952 Western film directed by Budd Boetticher. Set in post-Civil War Texas, the movie follows the Hammond brothers, Dan (played by Robert Ryan) and Neil (played by Rock Hudson), as they return home after fighting in the war.
Upon their return, Dan becomes highly ambitious and begins engaging in illegal activities to build his fortune. He joins a group of rustlers and together they steal cattle, wreaking havoc on the local ranchers.
