In the movie "Pray for the Wildcats," the three ad agency executives; Warren Summerfield (Andy Griffith), Paul McIlvain (William Shatner), and Ben Clifton (Robert Reed) are under pressure from their big-ticket client, J.J. Parker (Marjoe Gortner). Parker, a wealthy businessman, convinces the three executives to accompany him on a motorbike trip to Baja, Mexico, as a bonding experience between them and a way to generate new creative ideas for the ad agency.

During their journey, the group encounters a young and attractive local woman named Bunny Ware (Angie Dickinson), who catches the attention of Parker. He attempts to engage her in a fling but is quickly rejected when her boyfriend, a local tough named Santos (Lorraine Gary), intervenes and stands up for Bunny. This confrontation creates tension between Parker and Santos, establishing a rivalry that grows throughout the movie.

The conflict escalates when Parker, feeling humiliated, seeks revenge on Santos and the executives. He discreetly disables their van while the group is traveling through the harsh desert, leading to a tragic accident. The executives, now stranded and desperate for survival, begin to piece together what has happened and suspect foul play from Parker.

As they struggle to survive in the desert, the executives are driven by a desperate need to confront Parker and seek justice for their fallen co-workers. They realize that Parker intentionally caused the accident to get rid of witnesses who could expose his unethical business practices.

Driven by their determination and survival instincts, the remaining executives embark on a relentless pursuit of Parker. They face numerous challenges along the way, including dangerous encounters with locals, scorching heat, and a hostile environment. As they draw closer to their nemesis, tensions rise, and a final showdown becomes inevitable.

In the climactic confrontation, the executives confront Parker, revealing that they know the truth about what he did. As the truth is laid bare, Parker's facade of power and control begins to crumble. In an intense and dramatic conclusion, justice is served, and the executives find closure for themselves and the colleagues they lost.

"Pray for the Wildcats" explores themes of power, corruption, survival, and the limits people will go to in their pursuit of success. It is a thrilling and suspenseful journey that delves into the dark side of human nature and questions the morality of individuals driven solely by ambition.
