In the movie St. Trinian's, the plot revolves around a group of rebellious and mischievous young girls studying at St. Trinian's, an unconventional and anarchic British boarding school known for its rebellious spirit and disregard for rules.

When the school faces the risk of closure due to financial difficulties, the girls are determined to save their beloved institution. They come up with a bold plan to steal a valuable painting known as "Girl with a Pearl Earring" by the famed artist Johannes Vermeer from a high-security museum. The girls believe that by selling the painting, they can raise the necessary funds to save St. Trinian's.

Led by their headmistress Miss Fritton, the girls train and prepare themselves for the heist. They undertake various training exercises in stealth, deception, hacking, and disguise, putting their unique skills and bold attitudes to the test. Along the way, they encounter numerous obstacles and challenges, including the nefarious gangster Pomfrey, who is also after the valuable painting.

Their misadventures take them to different locations and involve entertaining subplots, such as impersonating celebrities, hacking into security systems, and utilizing unconventional weapons.
