As Polly and Seth are held captive at the gas station by Dennis and Lacey, they quickly realize that the situation is far more dangerous than they could have imagined. The parasites they encountered on the road have infested the gas station, turning anyone they come into contact with into grotesque, violent creatures.
Trapped and unsure of whom they can trust, Polly, Seth, Dennis, and Lacey must form an uneasy alliance in order to survive.
