In the movie Flock of Dudes, the 30-something year old man named Adam (played by Chris D'Elia) begins to feel like he needs to make some changes in his life and finally grow up. He realizes that his group of immature and irresponsible best friends are holding him back from reaching his full potential and achieving his goals.

Despite the initial shock and resistance from his friends, Adam decides to break up with them and start distancing himself from their wild and reckless lifestyle. He starts focusing on his career, his relationship with his girlfriend, and his own personal growth.

As Adam navigates life without his old pals, he faces challenges and temptations that test his newfound maturity. He also learns valuable lessons about friendship, responsibility, and self-discovery along the way.
