In the movie V/H/S/99, a group of teenagers stumbles upon an old VHS tape while exploring an abandoned house. Curiosity gets the best of them, and they decide to watch the tape, unaware of the horrifying revelations it will unleash.
The tape consists of a home video from 1999, filmed by another teenager who had documented his mysterious and disturbing encounters. As the teenagers in the present-day watch the footage, they are pulled into a sinister web of interconnected stories.
