In the movie "3, 2, 1... Frankie Go Boom," Frank Bartlett is a young man who has been the subject of his brother Bruce's relentless pranks and humiliation throughout their lives. Bruce has a penchant for filming these embarrassing moments and sharing them with others, causing Frank great distress and humiliation.

However, their dynamic begins to change when Bruce completes a rehab program and seems to have turned his life around. Frank believes that things will finally be different and that they can rebuild their relationship. Unfortunately, Frank soon discovers that Bruce's newfound sobriety does not necessarily mean an end to his tormenting ways.

When Bruce secretly films and uploads Frank's disastrous one-night stand with Lassie, a girl he met online, Frank's life takes another embarrassing turn. To make matters worse, Bruce inadvertently shares the video with the wrong person: a famous actress named Phyllis. As a result, Frank finds himself entangled in a series of comedic and chaotic events.

Desperate to remove the damaging video from the internet, Frank enlists the help of his best friend, Jack, who has his own awkward experiences with Bruce. Together, Frank and Jack embark on a journey to track down Phyllis and convince her to delete the video. Along the way, they encounter various absurd and eccentric characters, adding to the comedic mishaps and misunderstandings.

As Frank and Jack try to rectify the situation and salvage Frank's dignity, they also discover surprising truths about themselves, their relationships, and the importance of forgiveness. Through their adventurous and often hilarious journey, the brothers begin to redefine their bond and find a way to move past the pain and humiliation of the past.
