Asphaltgorillas is a German crime drama film directed by Detlev Buck and based on a short story by Ferdinand von Schirach. The movie follows the life of an aspiring young man named Atris (played by Samuel Schneider) who is tired of being under the control of his criminal boss.

Atris is struggling to make a living in the criminal underworld of Berlin, working as a stooge for his boss El Keitar (played by Kida Khodr Ramadan). However, he dreams of a better life and is determined to break free from the clutches of his boss.

One day, Atris comes across an opportunity to make a quick fortune. Alongside his two friends, Frank (played by Jannis Niewöhner) and Vic (played by Ella Rumpf), Atris plans to pull off a big heist. They aim to steal a shipment of drugs from a dangerous drug lord named Orlando (played by Oktay Özdemir).

As the ambitious trio plans and executes the heist, they must navigate through the treacherous underworld of Berlin. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when they discover that Orlando's drugs are not only valuable but also highly sought after by other criminal organizations.
